FEMININE HYGIENE HACKS TO GET RID OF BV AND ODOR FAST 100% GUARANTEED TIPS AND TRICKS
Today's blog is going to be a feminine hygiene blog. So today on Euphoria, we are going to talk about some of the most embarrassing feminine issues that alot of us continue to fight with on a daily basis.
So, I'm going to be giving you some very important feminine hygiene tip and trick.
One of the most embarrassing feminine issues alot of us have suffered from is Bacteria Vaginosis (BV).
Then comes the big question. How do you know that you have BV? Here are the signs and symptoms.
¶ Fishy smell and it increases especially after sexual intercourse.
¶ Greenish discharge:- As women, we produce alot of discharge and that is normal cause it's just the vagina cleaning itself, so the hormonal discharge helps us clean our V area so that we stay fresh and clean. But when it gets problematic is when, the discharge has bad odour and different color, so a normal color would be white or clear but when you start to see a greenish, brownish or yellowish discharge, this is where it gets problematic especially when it has a bad odour and itches too, then you have to visit your doctor especially when it continues.
¶ Strong unpleasant smell:- It doesn't have to be Fishy this time as long as it is a strong unpleasant smell, it should be concerning to you.
¶ A burning sensation especially after you urinate or after sexual intercourse. These are all the things that should alert you of BV or other vargina infections or someother abnormal activity going on down there.
So now that we have already identified the problem, let's establish a solution to get rid of them or prevent them.
1) Wear breatheable underwear:- I know that alot of women would prefer a G-string underwear to a normal cotten underwear, cause it's sexy and all but a cotton underwear is more breatheable for your area
2) Go commando when you sleep:- After a whole day of wearing underwear, it is recommended to give you area room to breathe at night to prevent the growth of Bacteria, this is because dark places encourage their growth.
3) Stop douching:- Our vargina has their own PH level so stop douching and I know alot of women are going to question it but it just isn't good for you cause, it causes imbalance in the PH level.
4) Always make sure your hands are clean before you touch your vaginal area as a result of Bacteria.
5) Bath regularly especially in a hot climate. As nasty as it may seem but a good number of women skip their bath and that is not healthy. Bath at least twice a day to prevent the growth and spread of Bacteria progressing to stink.
6) Wipe from front to back:- This is because the front is considered clean while back is dirty, do so to prevent spread of Bacteria.
7) Limit processed food:- Especially sugar, anything and everything that has sugar encourages the growth of bacteria and they thrive. So avoid processed food and eat healthy.
8) Do not stay too long in wet underwear:- Whether you just got out of a pool, gym or whatever scene that has your underwear moist, do well to change them because it provides a suitable breeding ground for bacteria, so to help you with moist panties make use of panty liners and change often.
9) Antibiotics:- Believe it or not it messes with your hormonal balance
10) Protect yourself:- If you know you have several sexual partners, it would be wise to always use protection during intercourse.
11) increase fluid intake:- Alot of people do not like plain water and I can relate with that, but in this case it just doesn't involve water alone. You could drink a healthy juice, tea, smoothie etc.
